Halma is recruiting candidates for its Catalyst Programme, a full-time, salaried leadership development opportunity with 2.8 years of customized training and 32 months of rotational project placements across Halma companies and business units. The programme includes local United States project placements, possible overseas placements in the United Kingdom or Europe, commercial, operations, technical, innovation, and digital literacy training, residential training modules, and mentoring. Successful trainees are supported toward securing a permanent position at one of Halma's operating companies. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, engineering, or science field, right-to-work privileges in the United States, and willingness to relocate and travel for rotational placements.
