Description
Node4 is recruiting a senior HaloITSM Platform Administrator to join its Internal Systems Team. The role will initially lead the hands-on implementation, configuration, migration, testing, and documentation of HaloITSM as the company consolidates from ServiceNow, then transition to owning the platform’s ongoing configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, knowledge, and continuous improvement. The position requires foundational IT skills, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and a methodical approach to documentation; ITIL, ITSM tool, SQL, networking, scripting, and project or change-management experience are desirable.
