Description
The Handler will screen cargo according to TSA rules and regulations, requiring participation in a 4-8 week team training course and certification before deployment. Responsibilities include conducting searches using X-ray, physical methods, and trace detection, managing a trained working dog, maintaining training records, caring for the canine, ensuring all job-related certifications and security clearances are maintained, operating company vehicles during training, and adapting to varying work environments, including outdoor conditions and irregular schedules.
