Description
The Handler TSE provides high-level technical support for FT-handling, die-probing, and high-power thermal solutions, supporting regional field-service engineers and customers. The role bridges GSEC, field service, R&D, and global teams by resolving production escalations, planning and executing NPI evaluations, analyzing performance and failure trends, improving solution reliability and scalability, managing product safety follow-up, and transferring technical knowledge through training and workshops.
