DHL Global Forwarding is hiring a Handling Supervisor for its Matraville Station to supervise warehouse staff, manage rostering and task allocation, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with aviation security, dangerous goods, freight stowage, safety, and other regulatory requirements. The role oversees warehouse processes, equipment, security, safety, maintenance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, while forecasting workloads and supporting operational peaks. Candidates must have full Australian work rights, at least two years of team-leading experience in a fast-paced operational environment, and willingness to work a four-day roster; a forklift licence and two years of forklift experience are preferred.
