Description
The Handover Supervisor ensures newly built houses and apartments are neat and ready for handover by performing finishing work such as flooring, skirting boards, window sills, silicone application, plasterwork, masonry, and ventilation grilles; following up with subcontractors; reporting to the project manager; and working independently on site. The role is based on projects in East and West Flanders, offers a company car and salary based on experience and PC 124, and requires finishing and structural experience, Dutch, French, and English language skills, initiative, and a category B driving licence.
