Description
Lovingly is hiring a hands-on Controller to own the accuracy, controls, timeliness, continuity, and daily operation of its finance function. The role leads month-end and annual close, financial reporting, accounting integrity, cash, banking, payroll, tax, compliance, AP/AR, and vendor controls; manages a Senior Accountant; and develops finance workflows through Claire, an AI finance operator, and other systems. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with onsite work Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at the Hopewell Junction, New York office and remote work Wednesday and Thursday, plus occasional event-driven availability during close, payroll, tax, audit, banking, and compliance events.
