Description
The Optical Polishing Technician performs manual polishing and finishing of ZnSe optical components, conducts visual inspections and measurements, maintains production and quality records, reports non-conformities, supports troubleshooting, and leads assigned polishing activities. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, precision manufacturing or optical-polishing skills, cleanroom familiarity, and strong attention to detail. It is 100% onsite in a manufacturing environment and may involve prolonged standing, repetitive hand movements, PPE, and overtime or shift work.
