The role involves preparing work areas, cleaning up, organizing materials, learning tools and customer service, and representing the company professionally. Candidates should be dependable, interested in carpentry, painting, or general home repairs, comfortable working with a team, and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; basic tools are preferred but not required. The position offers consistent work, regular hours, flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and provided TruBlue gear.
