Attic Projects is hiring a full-time Handyman to perform repair, maintenance, and improvement work on residential attic and crawl-space projects. The role includes carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, framing, demolition, inspections, customer communication, and safe use of tools and PPE. Candidates need at least five years of skilled-trade experience, a valid driver's license, physical ability to access attic or crawl-space openings, and the ability to climb ladders or scaffolding. The position is not remote, follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and offers a salary of $60,000 to $80,000, medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, and other benefits.
