Description
C+C Apartment Management LLC is hiring a Handyperson for its Maintenance department. The role reports to the General Manager or Property Manager and performs routine building and grounds maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry, landscaping, snow and debris removal, trash disposal, and emergency repairs. The position requires indoor and outdoor work in all weather, physical lifting and standing, hand-tool and power-tool use, resident interaction, and an ALC lead paint certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, while 1–2 years of maintenance or construction supervision experience is ideal.
