Description
The EMC Lab Leader/Supervisor oversees the operations, infrastructure, accreditation, equipment, testing methods, and staff development of an Electromagnetic Compatibility laboratory. The role manages lab engineers and test engineers, ensures compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and other accreditation requirements, maintains and calibrates EMC equipment, develops testing capabilities, and supports customer delivery. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field, at least one year of EMC technical experience, leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability, knowledge of EMC regulations and accreditation standards, and strong English communication and coaching skills.
