Description
The role provides direct customer service and support by selling non-clothing merchandise on the sales floor, advising customers on products and prices, assisting with carry-outs and specialized orders, stocking and restocking, handling telephone inquiries, maintaining the sales floor, and participating in inventory and material-handling activities. The position requires proven knowledge and experience with horses and tack, retail floor sales techniques, customer-service and teamwork skills, and the ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 75 pounds.
