SINTEC is hiring a Hardware and System Test Engineer to plan, execute, and optimize hardware, functional, and system tests in electrical and control engineering. The role involves selecting test equipment, developing test procedures and specifications, analyzing deviations, monitoring test series, improving test processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the quality assurance system. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification in electrical or automation engineering, at least three years of relevant testing experience, knowledge of ISTQB-based test methodologies, measurement and testing technology, and strong German and English skills.
