Datacom is hiring a Hardware Asset Manager to deliver high-quality hardware asset management services for customers and internal stakeholders. The role covers daily asset administration, CMDB and AMDB management, hardware lifecycle logistics, policy and procedure development, audits, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, reporting, and risk escalation. Candidates need Australian citizenship, strong end-user compute and hardware request experience, knowledge of ITIL and process frameworks, and the ability to manage large datasets and diverse stakeholders. The position is based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney, with flexible hybrid working options.
