Description
AWS is hiring a Hardware Design Engineer to lead the integration and operations of next-generation storage and SSD technology for its cloud systems. The role brings OEM SSD technology into AWS products and platforms, scales operations across large server fleets, and develops software services for monitoring, failure analysis, performance optimization, and root-cause debugging. The engineer will collaborate with software and hardware teams, support new-drive rollouts, and improve product performance, quality, and cost. The position requires at least five years of hardware design and validation experience, a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or an equivalent qualification, and experience with storage-system debugging and SSD integration.
