Description
Google is hiring a Hardware Design Engineer to own end-to-end board-level electrical design for custom silicon and data-center computing and AI infrastructure. The role covers component selection, schematic capture, PCB stackup and routing, high-speed and power-integrity design, lab bring-up, validation, debugging, and high-volume manufacturing support. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree and four years of hardware development and multilayer PCBA experience; preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, complex server or AI/ML accelerator PCB design, power-management and high-speed interface expertise, and DFM/DFT experience.
