NVIDIA’s System Product Team is hiring a hardware engineer to bring DDR memory subsystems from first silicon power-on through production. The role involves DDR memory tuning, validation, and feature enablement; reviewing silicon, component, schematic, and board design materials; debugging controller, memory, board, and software/firmware issues; and improving memory bringup and validation strategies. Candidates should have a BS or MS in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant experience, knowledge of high-speed signal integrity and oscilloscopes, schematic and board design skills, and familiarity with PC systems, Windows, and Linux.
