The employer is hiring a full-time permanent Hardware Developer specializing in actuation technology in Lüdenscheid. The role develops analog and digital circuits for power electronics, including switch-mode power supplies and dimmers; selects and integrates semiconductor components; supports PCB design; conducts product and quality tests; prepares technical documentation for series production; and coordinates with internal teams, specialist departments, external partners, and customers. Candidates should have a relevant technical degree or vocational training with several years of professional experience, practical analog and digital circuit development experience, familiarity with 230 V component standards, and proficiency with CAE/EDA tools. Embedded software, smart home, and building automation experience are desirable.
