Nokia is hiring 12 hardware engineering interns for its IP Routing division in Ottawa, Canada. The on-site, four-month internship (possibly eight months) involves verifying and debugging circuit designs, testing hardware under thermal and environmental conditions, assembling prototype units, qualifying components, and developing automation scripts in Perl, Python, or TCL. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant Canadian post-secondary program, have a hardware electronics foundation, familiarity with electronic test equipment, and at least one co-op work term, paid internship, or equivalent paid work experience.
