Amazon Ring is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to join its global electrical engineering team and own next-generation product design and validation from RFQ through mass production. The role covers system-level hardware design for SoC platforms, memory, sensors, power architecture, and peripherals; circuit design, testing, root-cause analysis, second-source qualification, cost reduction, manufacturing efficiency, and new-product introduction. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least two years of electrical engineering experience, and hands-on experience with electronics test equipment, schematic design, PCB layout, contract manufacturers, and high-speed circuit concepts.
