Description
Amazon Ring is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to join its global electrical engineering team and own next-generation product design and validation. The role covers full-device system-level design for SoC platforms, memory, sensors, power architecture, and peripheral functions; circuit design, review, build, and verification; validation planning and equipment use; root-cause analysis; component and subsystem qualification; second-source and cost-down validation; manufacturing efficiency; new-product introduction; sustaining engineering; and testing automation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least five years of hardware design and validation experience, motherboard and PCB design experience, EE CAD tool knowledge, and familiarity with high-bandwidth measurement and hardware bus technologies.
