Amazon LEO is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to lead the design of ground gateway systems for its Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation. The role owns or contributes to gigabit data rate modem design, electronics subsystems, digital circuitry, schematic capture, PCB layout, board bring-up, testing, and production transition. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least three years of hardware engineering experience, schematic-tool experience, and laboratory equipment experience. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of $117,300 to $160,000 annually.
