Description
AWS Hardware Engineering is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to investigate and root-cause hardware issues on GPU server platforms, analyze failure data, understand server architecture and fleet operations, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with firmware, software, manufacturing, and datacenter operations teams. The role supports reliability and serviceability improvements and offers mentorship from senior engineers. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or above in electrical or computer engineering, computer architecture knowledge, Linux experience, and strong communication and organizational skills; programming experience, internship or co-op experience, and industry experience are preferred. The position is available in Cupertino, California; Denver, Colorado; and Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries ranging from $109,700 to $185,000 depending on location.
