Amazon Ring is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to join its global electrical engineering team and own next-generation product design and validation. The role covers full-device system-level hardware design, circuit design and verification, validation planning and execution, component and subsystem qualification, troubleshooting, second-source qualification, cost-down design, manufacturing efficiency, new-product introduction, sustaining engineering, and testing automation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least five years of hardware design and validation experience, motherboard and PCB design experience, EE CAD tool knowledge, and familiarity with high-bandwidth measurement and hardware bus technologies.
