ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to develop analog and digital printed circuit boards from requirements analysis through commissioning. The role covers circuit development, component selection, schematic creation with Mentor Xpedition, circuit calculations, derating analyses, test concept development, layout advice, and functional and integration testing. Candidates need an electrical engineering or comparable degree, hands-on electronic hardware development experience, strong analog and digital circuit knowledge, Mentor Xpedition proficiency, component qualification experience, FMEA/FMECA and derating knowledge, and secure German and good English language skills.
