Ensurge is hiring a full-time Hardware Development Engineer to design, build, install, validate, and document hardware upgrades for pilot manufacturing lines. The role covers equipment redesigns, custom fixtures and tooling, CAD modeling, fabrication or procurement, installation, testing, and cross-functional collaboration with equipment, maintenance, manufacturing, quality, EHS, and R&D teams. Candidates should have 3–10+ years of mechanical or hardware design engineering experience, strong CAD and mechanical design skills, and hands-on experience with equipment hardware; experience with vacuum, deposition, roll-to-roll, cleanroom, controls, or pilot-line equipment is preferred. The California base salary range is $121,000–$150,000.
