Trimble is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer to lead the full lifecycle development of high-performance embedded GPS navigation receivers for aviation and military applications. The role covers circuit-card and programmable-logic design, digital, analog, RF, power, and mechanical subsystems; schematic capture, board bring-up, FPGA and microcontroller development, testing, certification, quality assurance, legacy product root-cause analysis, and production transitions. Candidates need an electrical or electronic engineering background, at least 10 years of mixed-signal hardware experience, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and U.S. citizenship. The position is office-based in Sunnyvale, California, with a salary range of $119,500 to $164,400 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
