Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with multi-layer power electronics PCB layout and design
At least 1 year of experience working on high-voltage DC power systems
Experience developing power electronics boards from concept through production
Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience with power systems hardware for aerospace programs
Experience leading vendor and manufacturing partner engagements for power electronics assemblies
Knowledge of DO-160 and DO-274 standards, IP rating requirements, and design-for-environment principles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
