Amazon Web Services is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer II in Dallas, Texas. The role conceives and designs consumer products, defines and executes product testing, validates reliability, identifies and mitigates product risks, and performs reliability prediction. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, material science, physics, or a related field, one year of experience in the offered or related occupation, and one year of experience in consumer-electronics reliability engineering, reliability statistics or testing, and consumer-electronics design for reliability. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a base salary of $117,300 to $160,000 per year.
