Amazon Web Services is hiring a Hardware Development Engineer III in Seattle, Washington. The role designs and develops high-tech consumer products such as GPUs, servers, IT solutions, and specialized robotics; defines test methodology and coverage; performs reliability prediction and failure-mode analysis; and uses MATLAB-based software to develop test systems, algorithms, calibration methods, instrument I/O, and automated measurements. The position requires an engineering, computer science, physics, material science, or related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, three years of relevant experience, and one year of experience in experimental design and product-risk mitigation. It is a 40-hour-per-week role with a salary range of $165,963 to $185,700 per year.
