Description
The role leads and manages hardware development projects with a focus on functional safety, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders from concept through readiness for series production. Responsibilities include ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets, implementing safety-relevant requirements, maintaining project documentation, and integrating safe system solutions with hardware and software development. The position requires a degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, several years of experience leading hardware development projects, knowledge of IEC 61508 and/or ISO 26262, project-management experience, and C1-level German proficiency.
