Amazon Leo is hiring a Hardware Development Specialist to serve as the harnessing authority in its development laboratory. The role fabricates, inspects, and reworks aerospace-grade wire harnesses and cable assemblies; reviews harness drawings and ICDs; supports prototyping, development builds, and test/qualification; coaches technicians; maintains harnessing tooling and inventory; and contributes to build documentation. Candidates need experience with aerospace harnessing standards, wiring diagrams, hand tools, and measurement devices, along with an associate’s degree or equivalent experience. The position is based in Redmond, Washington, and pays $39.47–$69.08 USD per hour.
