Dott is hiring an all-round Hardware Engineer to support the full lifecycle of its e-bike and e-scooter fleet, from initial design and testing through failure analysis, warranty evidence, solution development, field engineering, and vehicle-development support. The role is predominantly mechanical but frequently supports electrical topics, requires 3–5 years of hardware engineering experience, and involves 50/50 desk and workshop work plus travel to markets and vendors. The salary range is 50,000–65,000 Euro, with a one-time home-office bonus and other benefits.
