Encode, Inc. is hiring a full-time High-Speed Digital Hardware Engineer to support the development, integration, testing, and debugging of electrical subsystems and PCBAs for laser communications intended for space. The role involves mixed-signal hardware design, schematic capture, layout, routing, test procedures, high-speed digital and analog circuitry, embedded Linux, and cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, RF, HDL, firmware, and optical engineers. The position is 100% onsite, with limited remote work possible during design phases, and requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering plus 5+ years of relevant hardware design and testing experience.
