HARMAN is hiring a regular permanent Hardware Engineer for its Value Management organization within the Intelligent Cockpit SBU in Bucharest, Romania. The role leads cross-functional VAVE workshops, manages the value-idea pipeline, analyzes automotive electronics architecture and hardware blocks, supports RFQ/RFX activities, and drives cost, quality, and performance improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, at least five years of hardware design or component engineering experience, CAD and simulation knowledge, laboratory testing experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with most office-based roles onsite three days per week and an annual gross base salary range of 202,500 to 297,000.
