Johnson & Johnson MedTech Cardiovascular is seeking an LCM(Product lifecycle) Hardware Engineer to develop and implement hardware solutions for biosensing systems. The role involves writing production procedures, designing and building test equipment, solving technical issues, and collaborating with teams to improve production yields and quality. This position supports the cardiovascular team's mission to advance innovative treatments for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of proven experience in hardware development and manufacturing, including transitioning products from development to production.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multidisciplinary products.
Background in medical device companies – an advantage.
Experience in Firmware, VHDL, and MATLAB
Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures.
Proficiency in designing and building test benches, jigs, and related tools.
High proficiency in spoken and written English and Hebrew
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Strong communication skills to liaise with production, R&D, and other stakeholders.
