Description
Kela is hiring a Hardware Engineer to design ruggedized defense electronics from schematic and layout through fabrication, assembly, bring-up, qualification, and serial production. The role covers power conversion, EMI/EMC, discrete-signal and interlock circuits, component selection, laboratory testing, MIL-STD qualification, subcontractor oversight, and production support. Candidates need at least seven years of hands-on board-design experience, a BSc in Electrical Engineering, production-shipped boards, power-electronics, EMI/EMC, and laboratory testing experience.
