Molex is hiring a Hardware Engineer in Shanghai to translate customer requirements into robust hardware designs for USB PD chargers, hubs, and wireless chargers. The role involves collaborating with global engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and supplier teams; developing test strategies and validation plans; and supporting troubleshooting, design reviews, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of hands-on hardware design experience, and experience with analog design, customer projects, and global engineering teams.
