Meter is hiring a Hardware Engineer to own the end-to-end development of networking hardware from concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production. The role coordinates with JDM partners, mechanical and firmware engineers, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams; leads program reviews, risk mitigation, design validation, and production readiness; and may travel to Taiwan. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related technical field, schematic and PCB knowledge, hardware development experience, strong organization, and cross-functional communication skills. The estimated base salary is $145,000–$250,000, with eligibility for equity participation.
