Description
Optiver is hiring an experienced Hardware Engineer in Austin to design, realize, test, and bring up custom RF hardware and subsystems, including PCBAs, HF receive and transmit front ends, LNAs, filters, matching networks, and amplifiers. The role owns designs from concept through production, characterizes RF performance, creates validation plans, collaborates with software and network teams, and addresses regulatory, EMI/EMC, and safety requirements. Candidates need a BS in electrical or computer engineering, at least three years of industry experience, and hands-on RF hardware and system experience; the position is based on-site in the Austin office.
