WD is hiring early-career engineers for six engineering disciplines supporting data storage and semiconductor systems: ASIC, Hardware Development, Firmware, Systems Design & Integration, Mechanical Design, and Equipment Engineering. The roles involve designing, developing, validating, testing, integrating, and optimizing hardware, firmware, software, systems, mechanical components, and manufacturing equipment. Work locations include Colorado Springs, Irvine, Longmont, Fremont, Rochester, and San Jose, with an anticipated application deadline of 10/31/26. Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree and have relevant coursework, internships, research, or project experience.
