Description
The Ground and Space Systems Operations Engineer supports the operation and maintenance of ground and space systems, including Linux-based computer systems, switching, networks, communication circuits, and related equipment. The role performs troubleshooting, configuration management, database administration, anomaly resolution, performance analysis, documentation, and recovery of software and database synchronization between primary and backup operations centers. It requires 24x7 operations support, a Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one, Linux knowledge, system troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
