Synopsys is hiring a Hardware Validation Engineer to execute system-level validation tests on hardware prototypes in a well-equipped R&D lab in Lisbon. The role involves operating oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, bit error rate testers, and network analyzers; interpreting schematics and PCB layouts; debugging hardware issues; developing Python, C/C++, or MATLAB test automation; and documenting results. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and two years of relevant experience, along with electronics test and measurement experience and scripting or programming skills.
