Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Electrical Design Technical Leader to guide engineering teams and drive execution across complex aerospace and defense programs. The role combines electrical engineering expertise with leadership, mentoring, architecture decisions, PCB and power-electronics design, modeling and simulation, testing, cross-functional coordination, design governance, and stakeholder communication. Candidates need at least five years of electrical design experience, leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree, and US person status; seven years of experience and a master’s degree are preferred. The salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
