Lockheed Martin is hiring a Lead Hardware Engineer Staff to support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering and technician teams, manages hardware tracking and procurement, develops documentation, mentors engineers, coordinates project milestones, and develops and integrates hardware systems and subsystems. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, electrical design and troubleshooting experience, proficiency with electrical schematics and 3D models, knowledge of CREO or similar hardware engineering tools, and proficiency with Windchill/EPDM.
