Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a First Line Manager for its Electronics Packaging group within the Sensors Mechanical Design and Test organization. The role leads approximately 20 engineers and manages the research, design, development, documentation, testing, and hardware life-cycle processes for COTS and custom computing hardware, printed wiring boards, circuit card assemblies, electronic modules, and enclosures. Responsibilities include coordinating subordinate recruitment and performance management, overseeing radar hardware, supporting manufacturing and IRAD efforts, managing technical programs, and developing technology roadmaps. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least seven years of relevant experience, cross-disciplinary leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET-level security clearance. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
