Acron Aviation is hiring a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary hardware engineering organization developing TCAS/ACAS and transponder radios for jet, rotorcraft, and urban air mobility platforms. The role oversees hardware architecture, design reviews, verification, product development, sustainment, component selection, workforce planning, and technical execution across the full product lifecycle, while partnering with customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and engineering stakeholders.
