3dB Labs is hiring a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Systems Engineers and own hardware development from requirements and design through integration, verification, and production deployment. The role coordinates cross-discipline efforts, leads formal government milestone reviews, supports proposal efforts, and represents hardware engineering with software, systems, and program leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least 8 years of professional hardware engineering experience including 2 years in a team lead or management role, and experience with hardware documentation and government milestone reviews. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to be cleared, offers medical, vision, and dental coverage, and allows travel of up to 25%.
