The role manages and develops engineering teams, coordinates technical trades across PCB, digital electronics, high-speed serial interfaces, reliability, and design-for-X, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least seven years of industrial experience in board-level analog and digital design, three years of technical leadership, and extensive high-speed digital and SERDES experience.
